Art therapy works by accessing imagination and creativity, which can generate new ways of living, and contribute towards the development of a more integrated sense of self, with increased self awareness and acceptance. As a registered Art Therapist I facilitate art therapy groups and workshops tailored to specific client groups and an organisations needs. No artistic skills are required to participate in art therapy.
